What affects hair growth?

Though the video may be a little extreme, many people believe that products and brushing your hair constantly can result in faster growth. However, this is not the case. In fact, vitamins and good dieting are the best ways to have fast growth! Nutrition in the form of VITAMINS are the best way to affect hair growth and health.
Vitamin A: A group vitamins are found in red, yellow, orange vegetables, green leafy vegetables, liver, and eggs. These vitamins have qualities that strengthen hair follicles and lubricate your hair.
Vitamin B: B group vitamins are the absolute BEST vitamins for hair. These can be found in whole grains, fresh fruit, eggs, fish, turkey, meat, and milk.  Niacin (vitamin B-3)  promotes blood circulation to your scalp that also helps with hair growth. Panthenol (vitamin B-5)  is a recovery vitamin that helps reduce hair loss, and promotes regrowth. Biotin also prevents hair loss. Vitamins B-6 and B-12   play a huge role in healthy hair growth.
Vitamin  C: C group vitamins are found in citrus fruits, red/green peppers. They also help with hair growth.

“Food rich in vitamin E, C, B6, B5, B3, and A is essential in promoting hair growth. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that not only makes your skin glows, but also improves your scalp's circulation, which in turn stimulates faster hair growth. Vitamin C, also an antioxidant, helps in maintaining the overall health of your hair. Vitamin B6 has a part in the creation of melanin, which is responsible for giving your hair its vibrant color. Vitamin B5 helps prevent premature graying of your hair. Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is like vitamin E because it also helps in improving the blood circulation at your scalp. Vitamin A assists in the production of natural oils to prevent your scalp from drying.” -World of Hair
